Sterile gelatin solution is prepared by dissolving gelatin into PBS, sterilized and made into a sterile solution. Gelatin has excellent biocompatibility and adjustable mechanical properties, can be condensed into a gel at low temperatures (below 25°C) and can be turned back into a liquid state at elevated temperatures, it is non-toxic to cells and can be used in biomedical fields.

The sterile gelatin solution in the kit is 20%, it can be diluted with complimentary sterile PBS according to the desired concentration, recommended concentration 5%-20%

Precautions:

1. The curing time of gelatin solution is related to the concentration of the solution and the temperature, generally speaking, 5% gelatin solution at 10 ℃ only needs 10-20 minutes to cure, the higher the concentration of the solution, the lower the temperature, the faster the curing time;

2. the curing of gelatine is reversible, if you need the cured gelatine to revert to the liquid state, you can put it into a water bath, 50 ℃ water bath 10-20 min can be;
