The two adjacent neighboring hydroxyl groups of hyaluronic acid are oxidized to aldehyde groups by precisely targeted oxidation.HA-ALD hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility and can be used in biomedical applications such as tissue engineering.

1. hyaluronic acid aldehyde is easy to absorb moisture, need to be protected from light and sealed storage and use;

2. Hyaluronan needs to be stored at low temperature (-20 ℃), the solution needs to be used now to avoid denaturation;

3. Hyaluronic acid aldehyde solution will be very viscous and acidic after complete dissolution, it is recommended to use low concentration and adjust the PH to neutral;
