Material use steps:

1. Preparation of 1% PVA solution: weigh 10 mg/ml of PVA, add deionized water, 90 ℃ heating and stirring to dissolve, completely dissolved for about 2 h. When dissolving, pay attention to sealing the system to prevent solvent evaporation.

2. Preparation of 1% HA-PBA solution: weigh 10 mg/mL of HA-PBA, add deionized water (can be added according to the experimental needs of a certain proportion of DMSO), room temperature stirring to dissolve, 0.5 h completely dissolved.

3. Preparation of 2% glucose solution: weigh 20 mg/mL of glucose, add deionized water, room temperature stirring to dissolve, 0.5 h completely dissolved.

4. Mixed into a gel: the dissolved 1% PVA solution and 1% HA-PBA solution standby, the first pipette gun to take a quantitative 1% PVA solution in a test tube, and then pipette gun to take an equal amount of 1% HA-PBA quickly add (Example: 1 mLPVA solution + 1 mLHA-PBA solution), quickly vortexing or vibration mixing, 5 s or so can be into the gum.

5. Dissolve: add appropriate amount of 2% glucose solution to the glue system (Example: 1 mLPVA + 1 mLHA-PBA system to add 5 mL glucose solution), during the period of full vortexing or shaking, 15 min glue can be dissolved.
