Collagen is a structural protein in the extracellular matrix, which is widely expressed in living organisms and is a highly biosafe material. As one of the most important components in fibrous rings, collagen plays a crucial role in structural support, mechanical enhancement and maintenance of activity of fibrous rings. In addition, collagen has excellent biological functions such as binding, protection, support and repair, and also participates in cell migration, differentiation and proliferation.

Cell 2D culture:

1. Weigh appropriate amount of Collagen, add sterilized water to dissolve, the concentration of solution is recommended to be 1-2mg/ml, and pass through 0.22 μm filter membrane;

2. Add appropriate amount of Collagen solution into the well plate to cover the bottom surface of the plate;

3. Incubate at room temperature for 4h or at 4℃ overnight;

4. Wash the plate gently with PBS for 3 times. 5;

5. After cell counting, inoculate the cell suspension into the well plate and observe the adherence and subsequent cell culture after 24h.

Precautions:

1. Prepare and use now;

2. The cell culture needs to pass 0.22μm filter membrane, it is recommended that the concentration of the solution is 1-2mg/ml, to prevent the concentration is too high can not pass the filter membrane, resulting in filtering the concentration of the product loss caused by a significant decrease;

3. This product is collagen, should pay attention to low temperature storage to prevent protein failure;

4. Pay attention to the whole aseptic operation to prevent the effect of bacterial contamination.
